Magic Dave began working as a Painter's Helper and Apprentice at the young age of 14... and was taught the basics of the trade from Master Painter WJS, along with teachings from other Journeyman Painters... he continued to learn while in college, during his summer vacations working his way thru school on a scholarship... He learned all the phases of New Construction Painting, and then learned the special techniques of Redecoration Painting and started his Journeyman training which continued for several years under the guidance of WJS... He attended The Painters and Allied Trades School in Detroit, Michigan and graduated and went on to study to become a Master Painter, which he attained several years later... He began learning Painting Contracting along the way, and learned expert techniques of Paint Job Estimating... and started his own Painting and Decorating Business which has continued to this day... he has accumulated over 45 years of experience in the trade and specializes in Custom Residential Redecoration Work... he has Painted in thousands of homes and structures from very simple dwellings to very complex and elaborate mansions... Magic Dave is also an accomplished self-taught Web Designer and has built this complete web site from scratch, and he feels great pleasure in helping others to learn from his experiences...
